What is Reiki?
Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”.
Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. A person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.

First Level : Physical level
Also called Reiki I or Shoden in Japanese. This is entry-level Reiki training in which you study Reiki history, learn how to perform self-Reiki,as well as how to give Reiki to someone else, and are initiated (attuned) for life to the Reiki energy…
Level 2: Emotional / mental level
Level 2 is often defined by practising on others, as well as elevating to a higher frequency. In the level, two we are focusing on healing on a mental and emotional level…
Level 3: Reiki Master / Soul level
Reiki becomes what you are instead of what you do at this level. It is about knowing who you truly are and opening the door to the healing of your soul. Practice after Reiki 3 becomes natural and intuitive…
Level 4: Becoming the teacher
Not all teachers separate the teacher level from the master level, but I like to do that. I feel the attention of becoming a teacher much more powerful when it is a choice and when one feel ready…
All possibilities are available right now. How do you want to feel?
Your body is an absolute mirror of your mind. As you worry, your body shows it. As you love, your body shows it. As you are overwhelmed, your body shows it. As you are angry, your body shows it. Every cell of your body is being allowed or resisted by the way you feel. “My physical state is a direct reflection of how I feel.” Instead of “How I feel is a direct reflection of my physical state.”
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
“ The secret art of inviting happiness. The miraculous medicine of all diseases. Just for today, do not anger. Do not worry and be filled with gratitude. Devote yourself to your work. Be kind to people. Every morning and evening, join your hands in prayer. Pray these words to your heart and chant these words with your mouth.”
